Communications Data: If you use our SMS/text messaging features (powered by Twilio), we collect and store the content of messages sent and received, phone numbers, timestamps, and delivery status. This data is stored in your private account and is not shared with other users.

AI Interaction Data: Conversations with our AI assistant ("Jarvis") may be stored to improve service quality and provide continuity across sessions.

3. SMS/Text Messaging

Our Platform includes an SMS messaging feature powered by Twilio. By activating this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A dedicated phone number will be assigned to your account for sending and receiving text messages
• Message content, sender/recipient phone numbers, and metadata are stored securely in your private account
• Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply
• You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
• You may request help by replying HELP to any message
• Message frequency varies based on your usage
• We do not sell or share your messaging data with third parties for marketing purposes

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase and Cloud Firestore with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Authentication tokens are stored in your private user document and are not accessible to other users. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) — for email and scheduling integration
• QuickBooks Online — for financial dashboard and invoicing
• Twilio — for SMS/text messaging capabilities
• Firebase/Google Cloud — for authentication, data storage, and hosting
